For Andi, cooking is less science and more art. She’s always tinkering with new dishes and giving her creations to family and friends. Her beef brisket, a version adapted from a timeless recipe using onion soup mix, chili sauce and beer, is a family favorite. Since launching Eat Your Heart Out Catering in 2014, Andi has created unique experiences for countless others.
