Lentil Soup with Caraway and Minted Yogurt
A new twist on a favorite comfort food.  Lentils simmered with carrots and onions, flavored with caraway and topped with yogurt with a hint of mint.
Freezes well.

Chicken and Farro Salad
Farro and roast chicken with herbs and hint of chile, tossed with an Asian sauce.  Great for lunch or with the Lentil Soup for dinner.

Salmon with Thai Red Curry and Peanut Sauce
This customer favorite is back.  Roast salmon topped with a wonderful sauce of coconut milk, mild red curry and peanut butter.  Don’t miss out!
Per pound – $27.00

 Spinach Ricotta Pasta
Ricotta, spinach and egg noodles, sprinkled with buttery crumbs and baked.  Perfect to freeze to serve when family and friends visit.
Half order (1/2 lb. pasta) – $20.00
Full order (1 lb. pasta) – $40.00


Orders over $200.00 require a deposit of half the invoice amount upon ordering.
Payment for all other orders is due upon delivery.  Eat Your Heart Out accepts cash, checks or payment through Venmo.
Orders less than $30.00 may be picked up by making arrangement with Andi.
