Salmon in Spicy Caraway Tomato Sauce
Grilled salmon topped with a tomato based sauce of caraway, cumin and a hint of cinnamon.  Has a bit of heat.

Lemon Dill Orzo with Gruyere
Orzo tossed with lemon, dill, a bit of cream and nutty gruyere cheese, then baked until bubbly.  A simple, light and refreshing taste of spring.
Freezes well.
