A Vietnamese treat – chicken simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce.  Not too sweet or too spicy.  Great over rice or with the Chinese Scallion and Ginger Noodles.

Flank steak steeped in a Thai marinade, then cooked until medium rare.  A slight kick but not too spicy.

A true customer favorite.  Udon tossed with ginger, sesame and scallions, best served cold.  Perfect with the Thai Flank Steak or the Caramel Chicken.

Asparagus and Mushrooms Glazed with Oyster Sauce
