Phyllis’s Brisket
Back by demand, brisket braised in spices and beer until tender.   Perfect.  Consider ordering so that you can have it in the freezer  Layers of bread, cheese, eggs and cream baked until bubbly.  Perfect for brunch, lunch or even appetizers!  Consider buying one and putting half in the freezer if a full order is too much.

Baked Praline French Toast
Pecans and caramel on the bottom, topped by layers of bread soaked in eggs and cream, baked until the house smells wonderful! A decadent start to any day.

Bacon Jam
Back by customer demand!  Bacon simmered into a sticky, sweet jam.  Great with crackers as a treat before dinner, on toast for breakfast or to share with your Thanksgiving host or hostess.

Simple carrots whipped with sugar, eggs and vanilla, baked until puffy.  Carrots never tasted better!  So good, you can serve it for dessert!

Sweet corn tossed with bread cubes, herbs, Parmesan and corn meal, then baked until fragrant.  Be daring – serve it instead of stuffing!

Roast butternut squash, pecans, dried cranberries and blue cheese tossed with mixed greens and Cider Vinaigrette.  A light but tasty beginning to dinner.
