Andi’s Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin marinated in jam, garlic, rosemary and soy sauce, then grilled until slightly charred.  A favorite of Eat Your Heart Out customers.
(Each tenderloin serves at least 3 people)

Wasabi Salmon
Grilled salmon slathered with a wasabi mayonnaise. Spicy but not too hot and absolutely delicious!

Orzo tossed with a homemade tomato vinaigrette with a touch of spice.  Light and tasty for the last few hot days of the summer.
