Salmon topped with a miso ginger marinade, then grilled. A new favorite at EYHO!

Flank steak in a Thai marinade grilled to medium rare. A bit of kick but not too hot.

Japanese Chicken Salad
Chicken poached with ginger and scallions, then mixed with a miso mirin dressing and avocado, and topped with sesame seeds. Terrific for lunch or a light dinner.

Peach Caprese Salad
Diced peaches, mozzarella and basil, dressed with balsamic and olive oil. A new twist on traditional Caprese.

Orders less than $20.00 may be picked up by making arrangement with Andi.
Orders over $200.00 require a deposit of half the invoice amount upon ordering.
