Spring Scalloped Potatoes
Potatoes layered with a spring mix of artichokes, spinach and cheese, baked until bubbly.  Decadent but perfect for a holiday treat.
Appropriate for Passover

 Rigatoni and Four Cheese Gratin
A rich macaroni and cheese with rigatoni, four different cheeses and cream.  Perfect with an Easter ham.

Creamed Spinach
Spinach, onions, Parmesan and cream simmered together in a savory sauce.
Absolutely delicious.
Serves 8

Easter Frittata
Eggs baked with ham, cheese and a bit of pasta.  Perfect for brunch or an appetizer for your Easter lunch.
Serves 8 as an entrée

 Roast Asparagus
Simple spring asparagus roasted in olive oil with a hint of lemon.
$8.00 per pound


Payment for all other orders is due upon delivery.
Eat Your Heart Out accepts cash, checks or payment through Venmo.
Orders less than $20.00 may be picked up by making arrangement with Andi.
Orders over $200.00 require a deposit of half the invoice amount upon ordering.
