Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese in Puff Pastry
Sliced roast beef layered with Swiss cheese and horseradish mustard, rolled in puff pastry, baked and sliced into 10 pieces. Wonderful appetizer for any holiday gathering.

Mini Salmon Cakes
Just like mini crab cakes but made with salmon.  Perfect by themselves or with a dipping sauce as an appetizer or snack.
Freezes well.
Per dozen – $12.00

Bourbon Marinated Pork Tenderloin
One of our favorites! Pork tenderloin marinated in bourbon, herbs and spices. Great for sandwiches or dinner.
Each tenderloin is between 2-2.5 lbs.

Bacon Jam Baked French Toast
What could be better for breakfast than bacon jam layered with bread and baked into a slightly sweet custard? A treat on Christmas morning!
Serves 15

White Chicken Lasagna
Lasagna made with ricotta, mozzarella and chicken.  Cheesy and delicious.
Freezes well.

 Braised Onion Pasta
Simple yet elegant.  Onions braised with butter and sherry, then tossed with pasta. Pairs well with the Bourbon Marinated Pork tenderloin.
